Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Twin Lions Chat Agent ("the Service"), operated by Laundry Tech by Twin Lions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service provides AI-assisted customer messaging for businesses on Facebook Messenger: automated replies about branches, services, prices, and hours, with handover of conversations to human staff when appropriate.

Accounts and connected Pages

• You must have the authority to connect any Facebook Page you connect.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information (branches, prices, hours) the assistant answers from.
• You may disconnect Pages or close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, and applicable law.
• No spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful content through the Service.

Automated replies

Assistant replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. The Service escalates sensitive matters to human staff, and businesses remain responsible for their customer relationships, pricing, and commitments.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; on termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
