Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of the personal data Twin Lions Chat Agent holds about you, whether you are a person who messaged a business's Facebook Page or a business using our dashboard.

If you messaged a business's Page

1. Email bludeleon@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which Facebook Page you messaged and the name on your Facebook profile, so we can locate the conversation.
3. We will delete your messages and identifiers from our systems within 30 days and confirm by reply. Deleted data also leaves our backups as they are pruned on a rolling 30-day schedule.

If you are a business using the Service

1. Disconnect your Pages in the dashboard (this invalidates stored access tokens), then email us a deletion request from your account email.
2. We will delete your account, business data, and conversation history within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Note: deleting data from our systems does not delete your copy of the conversation in Facebook Messenger — that is controlled in your Facebook account.
